The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts' Artscape festival, in its 31st year, bills itself as America's largest free arts festival. The Mount Royal Avenue portion of the festival includes two of the three concert stages, gaming and kids areas, street performers, performing arts and six blocks of juried arts and crafts vendors.
Food and restrooms are located within the Charles Street portion of the festival.

A variety of theater, dance, and opera performances. Tickets are available at the theater two hours before each performance.
Performances are at noon (drama), 2 p.m. (drama), 4 p.m. (comedy) and 6:30 p.m. (drama) Friday; 11 a.m. (dance), noon (flamenco), 2 p.m. (opera), 4 p.m. (dance) and 6:30 p.m. (adult puppet theater) Saturday; and 11 a.m. (dance), noon (belly dance), 2 p.m. (children's storytelling), 4 p.m. (drama) and 6 p.m. (magic) Sunday.
